MPG Albright Residences will become the College’s newest student housing facility and the second such project at Albright under ownership by affiliates of MPG Impact Development. The 5-story building will consist of approximately 135,000sf of space of residential space housing some 360 students. This will replace outdated, less desirable College-owned housing stock being permanently taken offline. Situated directly across from the main athletic complex and football stadium, MPG Albright Residences enjoys direct access off Route 12 and the regional highway network, outstanding visibility, and proximity to a cluster of well-known national and regional retailers.
