In partnership with Albright College, an affiliate of MPG Impact Development acquired a prominently situated but long-vacant off-campus warehouse to house the College’s nationally renowned STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) program as well as other ancillary academic uses. The 22,800 square foot, single story building was entirely renovated and flexibly re-purposed for interactive classroom learning and laboratories, climate-controlled storage for library and museum collections, and space for Albright’s Facilities Department.
