Adaptive Re-Use into a State-of-the-Art ASC, Laboratory and Medical Office Space at the Crossroads of Southeastern Pennsylvania
Completed in early 2024, Mediplex transformed the two-story, 16,000 square foot former office building into a cutting-edge medical center, featuring specialized Lab Spaces, Ambulatory Surgical Suites, and Clinical Offices. This example of creative re-purposing takes advantage of a uniquely strategic infill location with exceptionally visible highway frontage, The site is conveniently placed at the nexus of major regional highways including I-276, I-76 and Routes 202 and 422 in the burgeoning Philadelphia suburb of King of Prussia near other newly constructed healthcare facilities.
Mediplex King of Prussia is leased in its entirety to RMA Reproductive Medicine Associates, an affiliate of IVI-RMA Global, the world’s largest reproductive medicine associates.
